Grant Request Deadlines
Grants from the Knight Foundation Community Benefit Fund are awarded from March through December each year. The Board of Directors’ Grants Committee makes recommendations to the full Board for the grants.
The Grants Committee meets the first Thursday of the odd-numbered months - January, March, May, July, September, November.
Letters of Inquiry should be received by LBCF no later than the 25th of the even-numbered months – February, April, June, August, October, December.
Letters of Inquiry may be submitted electronically or by mail.
