Digital Media Arts Summit & Expo 2011 - November 3, 2011
Over 100 digital media arts stakeholders gathered at The Grand for the 2011 Summit & Expo. Sports Illustrated Photographer Bill Frakes and Loeb & Loeb Attorney David Grace were featured speakers. The audience also learned about the new Public Access Digital Network (PADNET) and LBTEC (Long Beach Technology Entrepreneur Consortium) from the leadership teams for each. The Expo again showcased local training programs, small local businesses, community resources, and provided extensive networking opportunities for those in attendance.

Digital Media Arts Summit & Expo 2010 - November 11, 2010
Building upon the success of Summit 2009, this year's event added a new feature with the addition of an Expo to provide greater networking opportunities and to showcase the great talent and resources Long Beach has to offer in digital media arts. Over 100 people attended to hear speakers Don Loughery of Sony Pictures Technologies and Paige Johnson with Intel's Corporate Affairs Group. The Expo showcased training programs, local businesses, and newly-formed associations promoting digital media arts.

Digital Media Arts Summit - November 12, 2009
The Long Beach Community Foundation convened this Summit to bring together key people for a discussion about how to establish Long Beach as a Digital Media Arts (DMA) Center. About 80 participants exchanged ideas, forged new collaborations, and left the Summit inspired to promote this idea throughout the community.
